Meet The Dentists

Dr Lucas Trerice grew up in Olympia where he was voted “Most likely to watch PBS” in high

washington kids dentalschool. He earned his B.S. at TESC, studying pre-med and giving underground tours of the legendary steam tunnel system.

He earned his D.M.D. In the inaugural class of the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, where he was the founding president of the student research club and earned his 15 minutes of fame as an internationally renowned prankster.

Prior to joining the team at Kid’s Dental, Dr Luke taught dental assisting for two years, worked with a children’s nonprofit dental clinic for seven years, and has dabbled in legal consulting. He has been a professional yo-yo instructor and an amateur squirrel whisperer.

Dr Lucas believes that kids should enjoy going to the dentist, and being a big kid himself, he knows how to cater to children. He is excited to be putting his many years of experience in caring for children’s dental needs to use in the community.

Dr. Brendan Hay was born and raised in Grays Harbor. He started out his schooling at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California. While in dental school, he completeddr hay a master’s degree in bioethics.

Dr. Hay loves working with all ages, but especially with kids. He thinks that going to the dentist can be fun, and wants to help patients learn about taking good care of their teeth. He is passionate about helping others and hopes he can get people to not be afraid of the dentist!

At home, Dr. Hay enjoys spending time with his wife Lizzy and their two small dog children Peanut and Pumpkin. He is a big music lover and likes to read.

Dr. Andrea Eslava was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia and moved with her family to Atlanta, Georgia when she was eight years old. She received her B.S in Biology followed by a Master’s in Environmental Microbiology from Georgia State University. Starting at the age of eighteen and all through college, Dr. Andrea worked at a dental office, where her passion for dentistry developed. She continued her dental training at UNLV School of Dentistry in Las Vegas, where she graduated with a Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry and was awarded for her clinical achievements and dedication to community service. She met her husband, Dr. Nick in dental school and after he proposed, her and her two Chihuahuas agreed to adopt him into the family.

Her passion and focus has always been creating beautiful smiles. Dr. Eslava takes pride in putting her patients as a top priority and providing them with the best dental care and customer service. Dr. Andrea strives to practice the way she tries to live her life: by treating everyone the way she would like to be treated – with respect, honesty, and giving her best quality of work.

After working and enjoying the glam life of Las Vegas, Dr. Andrea decided to follow her husband back home to Washington and has found it to be very beautiful and peaceful. When she’s not working, you can find her saving any stray animal she can find, planning her next world adventure, or doing karaoke into the TV remote. Dr. Andrea is an avid animal lover. She has two rescue Chihuahuas and would have 20 more dogs if Dr. Nick would let her. She loves to travel and hopes to travel to as many countries as possible. She also loves to read, work out and dance.

Dr. Nick DeLisle was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, spending most of his childhood fishing and hiking in the Cascade Mountains.  Ready for a new experience, he moved to San Diego and attended the University of San Diego where he received his B.S. in Biochemistry. Through college, Dr. Nick spent his summers commercial salmon fishing in Alaska; it was a tough job that taught him the value of hard work and discipline. After soaking up the sun in SoCal, Dr. Nick moved to Las Vegas where he attended Dental School at UNLV. In dental school, he met his future wife and fellow dentist Dr. Andrea. They both graduated in the same class and received their Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry.

Dr. Nick loves kids and has provided dental care exclusively to infants, children and teens for the past few years. He enjoys building relationships with his patients and believes it is important to listen while keeping their oral healthcare needs as his primary focus. He is dedicated to creating a lifetime of healthy smiles.

Recently married and ready for a change, Dr. Nick decided to head back home to his roots in Washington, where he and his wife settled in Olympia. On his free time, Dr. Nick enjoys the great outdoors. You can find him camping, running (maybe training for another marathon) or hiking through hidden trails. Traveling is also a passion, having been to such destinations as Kenya in Africa (for a dental mission trip), Bali, Colombia, Brazil, Morocco, Egypt, Greece, Mexico and all over Europe. Up and coming trips on the wish list include: The Inca Trail in Machu Pichu, Tanzania (to hike Mt. Kilimanjaro), Patagonia, Scotland, Australia, (or anywhere in the world really.) He also loves to scuba dive and has become advanced open water certified in the past year.
