Dr. Trevor Allen
Developer of Smiles
Dr. Trevor Allen was born and raised in the Great Northwest. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1990. Dr. Allen studied dentistry at Oregon Health Sciences University, where he graduated at the top of his class in 1994. He immediately continued on at OHSU, where he earned a certificate of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics in 1996.
Dr. Allen enjoys a variety of sports and outdoor activities, especially fishing, camping and baseball. He also loves to spend time with his family, which includes going on various adventures with his wife, Lisa, and their five children. Currently he is learning how to play the bagpipes, which he describes as, “one of the hardest things I have ever done!”
Dr. Allen strives to make every patient’s orthodontic experience a positive one. “It’s great to be able to work so closely with my patients and provide the highest quality treatment for each and every person. My goal is to have a positive influence in the lives of those that I have had the privilege of getting to know and provide them with beautiful healthy smiles that will last a lifetime!”

As a general dentist I have had the privilege of devoting my 25-year career to working solely with children and teens. I love the pure joy of working with young people and being able to positively impact their oral health and self-esteem.
Prior to earning my Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Ohio State University I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Boston University focusing on the needs of children, anxiety and behavior challenges. This advanced education has greatly enhanced the gift I strive to give to all my patients, a happy trip to the dentist!
I have been married to my husband Cordell for 38 years. We have been blessed with 4 children and 4 grandchildren. As I often tell my nervous, younger patients “I’m really nice. I am a grandma!”

Dr. Thomas Bingham

Dr. Bingham is a third generation dentist, who grew up in Calgary, Alberta. Dr. Bingham attended Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery with Honors in Research from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. Following Dental School, Dr. Bingham completed a General Practice Residency at Forum Health Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio where he increased his skills in Endodontics, Special Needs Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pediatric Dentistry.
His dental interests include Pediatric Dentistry, Wisdom Teeth Extractions, and Sedation Dentistry. He is licensed to practice Dentistry in Washington State and Texas. Dr. Bingham is an affiliated instructor with the University of Washington Dental School, where we teaches students about dentistry and is currently undergoing credentialing for PeaceHealth hospital. Dr. Bingham’s wife is from Washington State and he is the Father of three boys and one daughter. He enjoys hiking, reading, following the Calgary Flames and spending time with his family.
